NetZylo Inc. Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and NetZylo Inc. ("Company" or "we") regarding the use of our web3 domain services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, United States. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Ownership and Transfer of Subdomains

We are the owners of the top-level domain and are granting access to subdomains under our domain. Upon successful transfer of the subdomain into your cryptocurrency wallet, you will become the sole owner of the subdomain.

Compliance with Good Business Practices

As a User, you agree to abide by the policies of good business practices, including but not limited to ethical conduct, lawful use of our services, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Polygon Blockchain Liability Disclaimer

The Company provides services related to the minting of domains on the Polygon blockchain. However, it is important to note that the Company shall not be held liable for any issues or failures that may occur within the Polygon blockchain ecosystem. This disclaimer of liability is a legally binding clause that outlines the following:

Use of the Polygon Blockchain

The User acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Polygon blockchain and any associated services is at their own risk. The Company does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Polygon blockchain.

No Liability for Polygon Blockchain Failure

The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions caused by failures, technical issues, or vulnerabilities within the Polygon blockchain infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, network congestion, security breaches, software bugs, or any other unforeseen events.

Third-Party Services and Interactions

The Company has no control over third-party services or interactions that occur on the Polygon blockchain. Therefore, the Company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the actions, omissions, or conduct of any third parties operating within the Polygon blockchain ecosystem.

Non-Endorsement

The mention or inclusion of the Polygon blockchain in our services does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of its reliability, security, or performance. The User acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for assessing the risks associated with using the Polygon blockchain.

Limited Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Polygon blockchain, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of business opportunities, or damages resulting from interrupted or delayed transactions.

By using our services, the User acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, including those specific to the Polygon blockchain. The User further acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall have no liability in the event of Polygon blockchain failure or any related issues. This liability disclaimer is an integral part of our Terms of Service agreement. Please read and understand it fully before using our services. In the event of a declined payment, all services may be suspended or terminated until the payment is successfully processed. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the suspension or termination of services due to a declined payment. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind arising from the collapse of a blockchain, issues with third-party services such as MetaMask, or any other unforeseen events beyond our control. It is understood and agreed that the use of our services is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this Agreement at any time. Any amendments or modifications will be effective upon posting the revised version on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to ensure compliance.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue the use of our services.
